DIPPS was created by a Health Care Assistant who grew up watching their grandmother care for others for 37 years. She taught us that caregiving is about preserving dignity, respecting choices, and treating people as the wise, capable individuals they are.
With a background in international trade from Marmara University and hands-on HCA training from North Island College in British Columbia, DIPPS bridges two worlds - combining the warmth of Turkish hospitality with Canadian healthcare excellence.
The world is aging fast. By 2030, 1 in 6 people will be 60 or older. We believe Turkey can become a global center for quality healthcare education - and DIPPS is building the bridge.
